Gas Stream Paper is on the Arxiv

The first paper on gas streams in the ICM is submitted to MNRAS and can be found on the

The paper presents the discovery of the gas streams in the ICM, and details their properties and how they affect the cluster. In particular we show that the dynamical state of the cluster is linked to the degree of penetration of the streams - clusters with deeply penetrating streams are unrelaxed while clusters in which the streams do not penetrate into the central regions are relaxed.
